The Rental Space Exhibition Rentals The indoor exhibition space is approxiamately 1300 sqft, distributed over 3 levels. In addition, the Art space can be extended to the outdoor lawn which covers 1377 sqft. The walls provide ample space for large and small works alike. Requests for alternate show lengths will be considered. RENTAL SPECIFICATIONS. • - Up to 100 guests, 1300 sq. ft. space • - Artwork on walls or blank white walls • - Parking (valet), daily cleaning, 24hours security • - Pull-down window shades for privacy *Please note that all event rentals are subject to approval by the management before the space can be booked.
